Skunkworks Porting and ECOtec performance was born out of a love of the Motorsports field in general, when the owner Jason Norwood started modifying cars for better performance, the love started out with a ECOtec equipped vehicle in 2005. Since then the love for the ECOtec platform has grown not only in technological advancements in the platform but also in the diversity and ability to swap a ECOtec into almost anything.

 

Today Skunkworks sells performance parts and engines to offroad buggies, drag racing teams, dirt track teams, road coarse, desert racing teams and land speed teams among others. With over 1 million ECOtec engines produced by GM its no wonder why the platform is growing in the motor sports arena.
